How do I get set up?
Just get in touch with the team at BOPE and they will set you up so you are able
to view your Electricity Consumption Data on the Web.
You will be provided with a UserName and Password with which you can login and view your Electricity Consumption Data.

System Requirements?
We recommend that use Internet Explorer 7 to use this site, and that your
screen resolution is set to 1280 x 768 or higher..

I'm now set up, how do I login?
Click on the Login link and enter your User Name and Password. You will now see a
link on the menu called Your Sites.
Simply click on this link to view your Electricity
Consumption Data.

I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
Click on the Forgot you Password? link on the login page and follow the prompts.
Your Password will be emailed to the email address specified when your login details
were set up.

How do I view my data?
Once you are in the Your Sites page you should see a grid populated with thumbnail
images.
Simply click on one of these thumbnail images to enlarge them.
The image will be enlarged in another page so you can study it in greater detail
or save it to your hard drive.

What do the Charts mean?
The charts contain Electricity data for the specified periods.
The information displayed includes: total consumption; average consumption; Power
Factor, Load Factor; Maximum and Minimum Demand.
The BOPE team can help with more detailed explanations of these values.

How do I download raw data?
Once you are in the Your Sites page you should see a grid populated with thumbnail
images.
To the right of these thumbnails you should see a button called Download.
Click on this button and you will be prompted with a file download dialog box.
Save the zip file to your local hard drive, extract it, and you can then import the text file containing the raw data into an excel spreadsheet if desired.

What do WDD,WED,WDN and WEN mean?
These are abbreviations for the different pricing periods.
You are charged at a different rate depending on the period.
- WDD - Weekday Day : Monday - Friday 0800 - 2400
- WED - Weekend Day : Saturday - Sunday 0800 - 2400
- WDN - Weekday Night : Monday - Friday 0000 - 0800
- WEN - Weekend Night : Saturday - Sunday 0000 - 0800

If you leave your desk the page you are viewing will timeout after 10 minutes inactivity.
After this time you will need to login again if you wish to view your Electricity Consumption data.

Is the data adjusted for Daylight Savings?
No, all the data is provided in New Zealand Standard Time (NZST).
